NEW- HYDCO 1200H Rig launch at Mining Australia Expo WA...
Hydco International invites you to view our rig at Mining Aust 09 Expo 21-23 Oct, Belmont Park Racecourse Perth W.A., where we will be exhibiting our latest Australian designed HYDCO 1200H Diamond and RC Drilling Rig manufactured at the Companies facilities in India. Hydco International is proud to display this large Multi Purpose Drill Rig to the Western Australian Drilling Industry.
The HYDCO 1200H is a higher capacity drill rig incorporating an upgraded 12m mast structure, which delivers even more drilling power, while also providing more internal room for Make & Break options now available from Hydco International.
This new hydraulic drill rod Make & Break system which will also be on display at Mining Australia 2009, allows RC drill rod joints to be both mechanically tightened and untightened without any physical contact from the operators, eliminating one of drillings highest safety risk activities. This system can also be retro fitted to existing drill rigs.
The HYDCO 1200H incorporates a two-speed floating spindle drive head with a further two speeds on the drive motor, allowing both RC (reverse circulation) and Diamond Drilling applications. Pullback has been increased to 21,500 kg and Hydco International has recently upgraded the HYDCO 1200H for In-Seam Coal drilling.
A number of drilling table options are available and the Hydco team will be on hand at Mining Australia 2009 to assist you with your requirements and discuss other customisation options you may require.
HYDCO rigs have been manufactured by Hydraulic Contracting & Supply Pty Ltd for the Australian and overseas market for over 25 years and have proven to withstand the harshest of environments. The Hydco, Perth manufacturing facility in Wangara has recently delivered a newly completed HYDCO 800RC Track Mounted Rig for VM Drilling Pty Ltd and is nearing completion of a second HYDCO 800RC Rig also for VM Drilling, for use in the Iron Ore industry.
